If you haven't got the full version or you got it off someone else the User-Levels don't work.
To get them working you need to download the full version from this following link:

Mac: Click on Version 1.4 dmg on the middle one.
Windows: Click on Version 1.4 on the left side.
Linux: Click on Version 1.4 on the right side.
Once you have downloaded N Game, go to the folder that has been downloaded to your desktop and copy all the folders in there to a New Folder.
To play N Game open the folder saying N_V14.
Wait for it to load and go into User_Levels. Up comes 153 N game User_Levels
