For Vegito or Gogeta to get unlocked, defeat the last chapter(chapter 7) choosing either of paths and to unlock Vegito super saiyan form, Defeat Kid Buu in chapter 7 and if you wanna get hold of the Goku ss4, beat the whole game!!! Best of Luck
