How do you get warrio in mario 64 ds?

After you complete bowser in the fire sea go upstairs to the room snowman's land is in with luigi. Then go through the mirror with the power flower, enter the wario painting and defeat Chief Chilly.

If you meant Wario then go get Luigi. Go to the third floor. Go to the big room. Once inside, grab a Power Flower off of the pedestal. Go through the mirror as invisible Luigi. If you want a star, go to the door in the mirror. After you get it, there is a painting of Wario. Go in the painting. Make it to the end with the Ice Bully. If you have Super Mario 64 for the Nintendo 64 (or on Wii's Virtual Console) It is like fighting King Bomb-omb (this is easiest with the Mario cap).

go into the painting with wario on it you have to be luigi to do this so you can walk through the mirror
