You put glass 1 block from where you want the water to be all around the world then you get your waterbucket and put water on Top of the glass then u remove the glass and their u go the water is higher

In the current pocket version of minecraft, buckets are uncraftable, so water cannot be transerfered in one's inventory. The best way is to dig channels for the water to flow through.
