How do you give another player your own stock in super smash brothers brawl?

You can't, but they can steal from you. This is done by pressing the attack and special move buttons together. For example:

On the original Wii Remote + Nunchuck setting, this is A + B

On the original Wii Remote only setting, this is 1 + 2

To share stock on Super Smash Bros. Brawl on a team match, I normally press + on my Wii Remote until it works.

In Team Brawls, you can take a stock life from your partner(s) by pressing the attack and special buttons at the same time. This only works if they have more than one life left, of course.
