BoolProp Testingcheatsenabled true Press Shift and click on the sim at the same time. Click Spawn then Tombstone of L & D, click on the grave without shift on and select either alien baby or genetic simulater with.. A small chime will sound. Then click it again and press more until you see the option Speed up Pregnany. In a few sims hours your sim will give birth.
