sending yourself gifts on face book would be cheating sorry but you might get booted of the game if someone knows you are cheating and reports you, so don't cheat. *You can send yourself gifts on Facebook Yoville by clicking on a person and clicking the "Give a Gift" icon and choosing a gift that you would want and then click it and exit out of the gift section and then the item should be in your inventory.*

You cant because people could take all your stuff. (EDIT: You can trade everything in your inventory to this person, if that's what you're asking. You could also gift all your items to this person. The only way to "give another yoville player your inventory" meaning, control over your inventory, would be to give them your account (email & password to your FB account) and that's taking it a little too far. :)
How do you delete gifts you don't want in YoVille?
Click on your inventory (picture of a crate in the bottom right) then find the item you don't want, click it and then press "Remove." Or gift them to new users.

How do you look at your gifts on yoville?
Click on the icon below the envelope it looks like a wooden box at the bottom right hand side of your game window, this is your inventory and you should be able to see all your stuff in there.
