Clan Wars is located in the wilderness. You can walk there or teleport there using a Games Necklace (members item). Clan wars is F2p. You need a clan to have a clan war (be in a clan chat - and have the required rank to challenge or accept challenges, I believe that rank is lieutenant, silver star). You may also try the free for all portal, like the old wilderness. There is a safe portal and a dangerous portal. In the dangerous portal you lose your stuff but no one can see it, including the person who killed you. So there is not much fun in that. But the safe portal (white) is fun and safe.
