How do you high step or show boat in madden 2011?

First you will have to be in the open without a defender at least about 5-10 yards near you then just hold the B button.

for ps3:

you hold down circle, assuming u have a clear path to the endzone and r within the 10 yd line (might be 20 but i dont think so). also a defender cant b within 10 yds of u.
