How do you hit a fastball on wii sports tennis?

First of all, serve the ball. When the ball reaches reaches the highest point in the air, hit it. Don't expect to get it on your first try, though. It takes some time.

it is very hard to throw a 100mph fastball, i can only go up to 95 but try snaping your wrist while holding the wii remote and you could get good results.
