Sell the symptom you start off with, and if one of your active traits is a transmission, start again (an active trait is one you start off with and can't sell). Also, things will be alot quicker and you will have a much better chance of winning if you start with the "durable" trait. Build up all of your Resistances to tier 2 and make sure you have no transmissions or symptoms. Wait until all countries are infected then put on transmissions and symptoms.
