How do you kill a ceadeus in monster hunter tri?

Im on 4 Star Chief's quest and i defeated shogun ceanataur thrice.I got the others(helm,legs,tasset and plate) already but just cant unlock the gauntlets.I really need it if you know any information please tell me!

You have to obtain 1 Ceanataur Pincer. You can obtain it by breaking both of the Shogun or Daimyo Ceanataur's pincers in battle or by capturing it.

Well depends what rank you whether you are low rank or high rank online.

If you are low rank and have only played offline mode I would recommend rathalos armor because it gives you attack up Medium and it can be gemmed up to attack up large. Also use dragon weapons against ceadeus which are the upgraded versions of many rust weapons. I would recommend the Undertaker lance when killing ceadeus because it can swim really fast underwater. If you have other weapons from online quests alatreon gleam will help you kill it faster. Its weakness is dragon and if you keep hitting the beard it should die quickly because its beard is its weak spot

Once, i had the same question, its pretty simple actually. You have to complete the hunt uragaan in the 5star quests offline. Good luck
