In MLB The Show 14, you can create a player by navigating to the "Create Player" option in the main menu. After customizing your player's appearance and attributes, go to the "Roster Management" option. From there, select the team you want to place your created player on and use the "Edit Roster" feature to add your player to the team. Finally, save your changes, and your created player will be on the desired team without using Road to the Show.
