You know who your co-workers are by clicking on the relationships panel. Then there will be a few options in the relationship panel like family, house, all, work etc. Click on the work option and all your co-workers and boss will come up. You know the difference between your co-workers and boss by looking at the little symbol below the Sims name. If the symbol is a desk with a small person sitting behind it, that is your boss. If the person has weights below their name as the symbol, that person is your co-worker. Now you know who your co-workers are.

In the sims 3, sims can get into bed together. You cannot see unnecesary details, so I don't really know why. Still, this is a reason why it is 12+

How do you delete a baby on Sims 3?
There is a way to delete sims on the Sims 3, but i don't know how to do that. What I do know is that if you leave the baby till it becomes really lonely, and then eventually a social worker will take it away. Then you can never have the child back. :)
