Getting access to new areas in Monster Rancher 3 is purely storyline driven. You have to train for a while, and fight the trainers that come to visit you, and complete the storyline to gain access to all of the areas. There isn't any other way to gain access.
prolly from lvls from when you catch it until lvl 100 if not use a action replay and cheat to make it learn moves that it cant learn
1.Go to the move tutor in Fallarbor town. Give him a heart scale and he can teach any move your Pokemon can learn. 2. You can level up your Pokemon to learn new moves. Hope that helps!
