You must collect all the Zora eggs, and take them to the laboratory seen off the shore of Great Bay. The more bottles you have, the more eggs you can carry at once. There are 7 in all, 3 in the Pirate's Fortress and 4 in Pinnacle Rock. If you're not very sneaky on MM, I suggest getting the Stone Mask first, but basically you must invade the Pirate's Fortress and get the hookshot, then enter random rooms and fight a few pirates before snatching the eggs in bottles to take to the lab. Before you leave the fortress, take a good snapshot of a Gerudo's face. Take it back to the fisherman on the shore of Great Bay and he'll give you a Sea Horse. If you release it in Pinnacle Rock it will lead you to where these giant sea snakes are. Defeat them to find the eggs. Defeat them all to get a heart piece and see two sea horse lovers reunited (side-story). Take all seven eggs to the lab, and they will hatch. they will swim and arrange themselves into notes, and if you take out your ocarina as a Zora (guitar) they will teach you the New Wave Bossa Nova.
