How do you level up in Skyrim fast?

If your doing the main quest line, take breaks and go sign up for a guild and do missions for them. Eventualy you can get some really good items from them, along with alot of good experience.

To level up fast just increase your low level skills. Lower skills level faster until they reach around 30s and 40s.

you can always rest in a bed (one you rented or own) to gain the "well rested" bonus. this will let you gain bonus experience for a few in game hours
