If you mean a game save [under Game > Saved Data Uility on your XMB] then the games that you play will automatically load those for you. If you mean a saved homebrew game, read the readme.txt they usually come with, it will tell you to move all the data to "psp/game" or maybe "psp/game150" ect..

I figured it out so I'll answer my own question. You click on the save icon, choose the name of the game you want to load, then go up to where its name is between Load and the pawprint. Click it at the top and your game will load.
On my visualboy advanced(on the PC) I press <Shift> then F1 to F10 to save. To load your game you then simply press the F you've saved on.( For example if you save yours with <shift> F5, simply press F5 and you will load your saved game. I hoped this helped!

maybe Windows Xp does not support all that is needed for that game or maybe your save files were erased.
You open load game and then there are numbers, numbered to 0 to 10. In which number you saved it on click on that and the point were you saved on will come up.
