How do you make a charged creeper in mine craft?

You can't 'make' one, they appear when a Creeper is struck by lightning. However in the latest updates, work is being done to let (on server-side) monster spawners spawn variant creatures like Spider Jockeys and Charged Creepers.

Charged creepers can be obtained either by getting one from the bike mod (it may look like a pig crossed with a creeper) or let one get struck by lightning which is super rare but you might be lucky ,charged creepers look as if they spawned in a rainbow and they will do very outrageous damage so wear diamond armor if you want to fight them.

i would probably try to avoid contact with him or her and move away if they come near u. if that doesnt work u should prob tell someone else that he is being creepy incase u go missing lol
