Buy a disc cleaner/repairer, usually the automatic ones work best. You can usually find them online for anywhere from 10-50 dollars. I use a Memorax Optifix Pro and works extremely well.
I've also heard of using clear nail polish to fill in the scratch, but I've never tried this before and would be extremely hesitant to try it on a disk that I couldn't stand losing.
you should try to buy a wii cleaning lenses kit. If that doesn't help, take it to Nintendo to fix it. But if you've had it over 90 days you'll have to replace it. BUT you might have saved data from the game, so when you insert the game, all your old data will appear. Worked for me.
you can get this device that cleans not only scratched wii disks but movie disks, Xbox 360 disks, or any thing
You replace it with one that is not scratched because most other methods do not work
Go over the scratch with a rubber, it really works
i always wash mine then dry it so it works but
