Mate a white chao with a normal chao. You know its a blitz chao when you: Pet it with a dark character and instead of red and black, it is white and black. Or: When you pet it with a hero character, instead of yellow, white, and blue, you get a blue and white, with no yellow.

To make a Chaos chao you must get a chao that has reincarnated (come back to life) twice and then give it one of every small animal. Don't give it chaos drives but you can feed it. If it is neutral it will evolve into a light Chaos chao. If it is hero it will evolve into an angel Chaos chao. If it is dark it will evolve into a devil Chaos chao.
