go into the object catalogue click on electronics find wireless phone put in on your wall click on it, it will say lots of options click on services it will say maid and loads more things click on it say yes then tada you hired a maid

You can either hire a maid using the phone

service time of use cost

maid every day 10$ an hour

gardener alternate days 10$ an hour

repair woman one day only 50$ an hour

(I think this is a glitch but once the maid came in and spent her whowl shift by the letter box putting her arms in the air and looking confused then she collected her pay and left with out doing any thing)

The other thing you can do is stay with a Sim with high cleanliness for an aspiration (Virgo as star sign) and give them skill points it cleaning, cooking and mechanics then he/she will tend to cook group meals (Meals for the whowl family)

, clean up ashes, trash, dirty dishes, vomit, urine, water, books, magazines and news papers and fix objects with ease.

Warning: when playing Sims 2, if your Sim has low a mechanics skill do not under any circumstances make them fix an espresso machine because they will more then likely be electrocuted and killed

also even if your Sim has a high mechanics skill do not fix an espresso machine while standing in a puddle (likely caused by vomit from drinking a bad coffee)

because high mechanics will not save them from being electrocuted

You look it up through the agencies section on the top and the dial 03. A black man's face will pop up and ask you what type of help you want to hire. Select "maid" and then hope you get a good one!!
