You combine a pie dish, pastry dough, a strawberry, a watermelon, and an apple. Then you cook the pie on a range, a stove or with the Bake Pie spell. Note that you need 95 cooking to make the pie. Baking the pie will give you 260 cooking xp, you get 220 hp from eating the whole pie, and eating both pieces with raise your agility by 5 levels and will restore 20% of your run energy.
