How do you make a text message heart?

Type in the little arrow thing that looks like < on the bottom of your keyboard (shift click),

then put a 3 after it,

then you have the heart emoticon:

To make a heart on the keyboard all you have to do is press ALT and press 3 on the number pad at the same time. Let go of the ALT first and then you have a heart. example: ♥

If you have a number pad (the thing of number on the right of your keyboard) hit alt and 3 at the same time.

EXAMPLE: ♥
