First go to the yoville application on facebook.

or alternatively, you go sign in to facebook, then under the search box, type in yoville and you'll be able to get to the application page.

After doing so, it automatically ask you to create an account. Allow the application on facebook and you can access yoville on facebook.

You cant, you could gift away everything in your inventory give away all your coins and just keep a few noob clothes unfortunately you cant get rid of houses. Or you could open a new Facebook account.

You can start a new YoVille account by creating a new Facebook or MySpace account, or you can email Zynga support and they may reset your YoVille account.
