First, I think you have to have Sims 2University but still try it. go to the cheat box (Ctrl+Shift+C) and type in "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" exactly how i did it no CAPS then get in the cheat box again(Ctrl+Shift+C) and type in unlockCareerRewards and then go to career Rewards and then there will be the plant cow and click on him and put him somewhere on your lot. Then feed him lots and then at some point the cake will be out of his mouth then quickly pause cancel everything the Sim you want to turn into a zombie and the click get cake and then that Sim will. Then the grave thing will pop up then go to the career rewards again then click on the weird looking phone and call the grim reaper and set amount of how much you want to pay to get your Sim back to life and then if the price is reasonable the zombie will appear and you'll have a zombie.

Zombie Sims have low skills and low personality so they will be meaner, because you already made a horrible Sim, it will be even more meaner as a zombie. If you don't have a high career reward or whatever so you don't have the phone to call the Grim Reaper, you can click Ctrl, shift and C, a box should appear at the top of the screen, type in: boolprop testingcheatsenabled true Shift click on your Sim and then click "Sim Modder", then click "career Rewards" and you will have them all.
