How do you make grass in minecraft?

First, go around and punch some wild grass until you get some seeds.

Then, craft a hoe then right click on grass to make it farm land.

Finally, Right click on the farmland with the seeds and they should slowly grow.

If you're making a farm then do this around water. Moisturised farm land is much more efficiant when growing wheat.

There are a variety of things you can grow in minecraft. To grow crops, use a hoe to till land but you need to make sure there is a water source nearby or it will not be moisturizer and will grow very slowly. You can plant seeds/pumpkin seeds/melon seeds/carrots/potatoes. To grow trees, plant a sapling and it will eventually change into a tree. You can use bonemeal to accelerate the growth of plants.
