I've seen all kinds of shades of khaki, some green, some slightly pink, others mostly yellow. So, it's hard to tell.
The best approach would be to start with a good portion of white, mix a bit of yellow with a very small amount of magenta on the side to get a light orange. Add tiny amounts of it to the white until you're satisfied (aim for a light khaki, so you won't have to mix more white if you have to refine the color further). Had a little blue to it to green it up if it came out too orange, but be careful, it will also make it grayer. Take a mental note of the doses you used so you can add the same proportions again if it cames out too white. If the result is greener than would wish, just add a little more magenta to make it brown. Have fun. You can also try the trick described in the link below. Takes a little more planning work but can take the 'trial-and-error' approach out of the actual mixing.
Khaki is a color and not something you can make. If you want to dye clothing khaki, you can buy fabric dye for the purpose. When mixing paint, you need to blend brown with white or yellow to come up with the same color.
They do make khaki carpenter shorts. Ross usually has some in stock, but it can be hit or miss.
Since khaki is a color, it is an adjective. Adjectives describe nouns, so you should make a sentence that does that. For instance: The boy wore khaki pants to church on Sunday.

To remove dye stains from khaki pants caused by a black belt, you can try using a mixture of white vinegar and water or a commercial stain remover. Apply the solution to the stain, let it sit for a few minutes, then gently scrub the area with a soft brush or cloth. Wash the pants as usual and air dry. Repeat the process if necessary.
