In Flyff, to create an ultimate weapon, you'll first need to upgrade your existing weapon to +10 using the upgrade system. After reaching the required level, you must then collect a special item called an "Ultimate Weapon" from a specific quest or monster, along with a "Transy" (a transmutation item). Once you have these items, visit a Master Blacksmith to combine your +10 weapon with the ultimate item to forge the ultimate weapon. Ensure you have the necessary resources and meet any level requirements to successfully complete the process.
