How do you marry vaughn in harvest moon island of happiness?

That depends. You can marry Vaughn in both Island of Happiness and Sunshine Island. But the way you get married in each game is different.

Island of Happiness:

Upgrade your house to large

Buy the Husband's Bed

Have Nathan and Alisa currently living on the Island

Have seen all of his Heart Events

Have a Red Heart with him

Have met all 23 main characters: Taro, Elliot, Felicia, Natalie, Gannon, Eliza, Mirabelle, Vaughn, Julia, Chen, Charlie, Denny, Witch, Harvest Goddess, Nathan, Alisa, Regis, Sabrina, Pierre, Lanna, Shea, Wada, and Mark.

Sunshine Island:

Upgrade your house twice

Buy the Husband's Bed

See all four of his Heart Event

Have a Red Heart with him

Raise Mystic Island

Meet Nathan and Alisa

Give the Harvest Goddess at least one offering

Get a Sunstone from Vaughn

In both games you propose with the Blue Feather after you've completed all the necessary requirements.The Blue Feather is bought from Chen's Store.

Give him chocolate every day until you get a chicken. Then you can give him eggs. His favorite gift is porridge. Have your island at 50%, have all the main characters(The people with portraits) unlocked, have at least 2 heats with the H. Goddess, have the church on the island, upgrade your house 2 times, have the husband bed, have him at red heart, then experience the heart events.
To marry Vaughn you must complete all the marriage requirements. Which are:

See all of his Heart Events

Have a Red Heart with him

Have met all 23 main characters

Have Nathan and Alisa currently living on the island

There are three heart events. A Purple, Blue, and Yellow Heart Event. Unless you pick the incorrect answer for all three Heart Events. Then you also must get the Orange Heart Event.

The 23 main characters are:

Taro, Elliot, Felicia, Natalie, Gannon, Eliza, Mirabelle, Vaughn, Julia, Chen, Charlie, Denny, Witch, Harvest Goddess, Nathan, Alisa, Regis, Sabrina, Pierre, Lanna, Shea, Wada, and Mark

Nathan and Alisa will move away from the Island if you ignore them. Since they preform the wedding you can't get married if they are gone.

Answer 3

You need to save the valley and make it to year three.

Then you'll have to upgrade your house and get a larger bed.

Have the girl at a Red Heart (that's the same thing as six hearts in the character profile section)

After that just buy the Blue Feather from Louis's shop

Alice and the Harvest Goddess have extra requirements .

Alice you must complete the Shoot for the Stars Ending

For the HG you must complete the Goddess Temple Ending and have her like your character most at the end of year two.
