For corporate field progress can be measure by the money earned by that person. In the student life performance is not a getting good marks in the examination but ability of the student to do something which is abnormal to other students. so for measuring a progress you have to maintain the milestone for overall work and at every milestone predict the ideal work have to be done.During the work on that project mark the work done by that person at every milestone.so through this you can measure the progress of that person on a particular project.
