How do you use the cannonball on Vampire's Curse island?

To fire the cannon (three times), click on it to load it, then shoot it by using a lit candle from the fireplace.

One cannonball rolls into the great hall (library) and you can use it to wilt the wolfsbane in Bram's lab. Roll it to the fireplace and it gets red-hot. Pick up the fireplace Poker and use it to roll the ball into the dumbwaiter (hole in the wall). Go to the lab and throw the switch there, and the ball will roll out.

Look to the right of the fireplace. There is a metal poker (log mover) that you can pick up and push the cannonball with.

Push it with the fireplace poker (rod) to the right until it goes in. You may need to pull the red lever again to open it.
