Where to buy perfect poker chips?

User Avatar
The best place to buy these chips is at the game itself. You can also find other instances selling these chips, but it is never sure that you will get what they promised. The best you can do is to contact Perfect Poker and ask them for a reliable place to buy their play chips.

Most kids graduate from college and either get a job or go through further schooling. You chose poker. Why? Well, I didn't exactly "choose" poker, or know that I was really choosing it. I had played poker recreationally throughout college for fun, and ended up making extra cash from it, which was great - but nothing I was seriously considering as a viable professional. After graduating from U.C.S.D. I decided to play in a World Series of Poker event and I cashed in the very first tournament that I played. From there, I entered another one and continued to have success at the tables. It was kind of a snowball effect; one tournament turned into the next, a couple thousand dollars turned into tens of thousands of dollars and so forth. Eight years later, here I am. I guess poker chose me!

Does a king flush beat 4 kings in poker?

User Avatar
Without using wild cards, this is impossible: There are only 4 kings in the deck, so if one person has a king-high flush, another person cannot have 4 kings. However, four kings (four of a kind) beats all flushes except straight flushes.

How do you play poker with 2 people?

User Avatar
Technically you play it the same as if you are playing with 6 or 9 people. The dealer distributes each player 2 cards (assuming you are playing Texas Hold'Em). The dealer is always the Big Blind. Other then these rules, the game runs in the same way as 6 or 9 handed poker. Everything else is the same. Just deal cards to 2 players instead of the amount you usually play with. It is also known as heads-up.

What does straddle mean in high stakes poker?

User Avatar
== == It refers to betting. The following information is taken from a site on poker terms. Straddle bets A straddle bet is an optional (voluntary) blind bet made by a player before receiving his cards. Straddles are only used in games played with blind structures. Straddles are normally not permitted in tournament formats. The player immediately to the left of the big blind may place a live straddle blind bet. The straddle must be a raise over the big blind. A straddle is a live bet; the player placing the straddle effectively becomes the "bigger blind". Action begins with the player to the left of the straddle. If action returns to the straddle without a raise, the straddle has the option to raise. The player to the left of a live straddle may re-straddle by placing a blind bet raising the original straddle. A Mississippi straddle buys last action before the flop. House rules permitting Mississippi straddles are common in the southern United States. Usually, a Mississippi straddle can be made from any position, although some house rules only permit the button or the player to the right of the button to place a Mississippi straddle. Like a live straddle, a Mississippi straddle must be at least the minimum raise. Action begins with the player to the left of the straddle. If, for example (in a game with $10-$25 blinds), the button puts a live $50 on it, the first player to act would be the small blind, followed by the big blind, and so on. If action gets back to the straddle with no raise, the straddle has the option of raising. The player to the right of a Mississippi straddle may re-straddle by placing a blind bet raising the original straddle. A sleeper is a blind raise placed from any position at the table other than under the gun.

Does spades royal flush beat a hearts royal flush in poker?

User Avatar
This depends on the house rules. By standard rules the spades royal flush does not beat the hearts royal flush, as they have an equal value. However some house rules state that in case of an equal hand, the suit decides the winner, in which case the spades are always higher then hearts.

Can a Muslim play free poker?

User Avatar
Yes, Muslims are allowed to play free poker. Muslims are not allowed to gamble, but when you are playing free poker on a site that gives you free poker chips and does not offer real money games, you are allowed to play on it as a Muslim. If this website does offer real money games, you are not allowed to play on it as a Muslim. Please note that this question can have different answers. Some "more religious" people might say that even free poker is not allowed, but most agree that free poker is halal.
