fhng dont no ANSWER: first you gotta beat the elite 4, then when you do that, fly to pacifidlog town. surf east and search the north rocks where the water ends, there will be an entrance but you kind of have to zigzag through the rocks to get there. when you find it go in. (make sure you have a mach bike) from here it gets hard, use the bike to go over the broken floor, but you can't step on it twice or you'll fall. then you will have to restart again. anyway that is where you also find rayquaza.
