1]open visual boy advance and open Pokemon emerald 2]go up to cheats and press to cheat list then press gameshark... 3]and put the gameshark code you want.
First, go to WinRAR, and open the Emerald File. It will say you have to open it with something. Go to browse, and find the Visual Boy. Then open it.
The great thing about the visual boy advance is that it creates a save file which contains all of your progress. I believe that your version of Pokemon Emerald is damaged or is missing parts of the code, I think that if you were to download another version of the game from http://www.coolrom.com/ and put the save file and the downloaded game into the same folder and open it. Hope that saves your problem.
first you need a gba emulator like visual bay advance. you can get it in www.emulator-zone.com. the download a Pokemon sapphire ROM from any website like www.3roms.com or www.coolroms.com then go to the option 'open' in your emulator and open the Pokemon ROM easy as a pie!!!!!!!!!!
If you mean the game menu that you can see icons such as Pokedex, Pokemon, Profile, etc., the default key is Enter.
You have to download Visual Boy Advance (Google it). Then you have to download a Pokemon Fire Red ROM (Google that to) Then you just open the ROM in VBA and enjoy the game :)

From what I've heard you need an emulator such as Visual boy advance(vba). Once you have it, right click on the gba file and go to open with. Then choose Visual Boy Advance. Then click apply. Then double click the gba file and there you go. But when I do it, it says that it is not a valid win32 application. If this happens to you then open Visual Boy Advance, then go to open. Then choose the gba file. THEN it should work. If it lags, then your computer is either slow or has little to no memory.
