I think file is a open structure. and the data base is closed structure.
PAC files contain blocks of data that store audio data and song information. Double clicking on the file will open it or let your computer search for the correct software to open it. One may need to install such a software.
Connect it to your computer and open up the files...

If you bought it trough steam. open steam, go to "My Games" And run it from there, otherwise. go to C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA IV/launchgtaiv.exe or gtaiv.exe
To open raw files, you can use specialized software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Capture One. These programs are designed to handle raw image data and allow you to edit and process the files effectively. Simply import the raw file into one of these programs to access and work with the image data.
Data can be imported from other applications and displayed in Powerpoint. Data can be presented in tables that could have come from other applications, such as Excel, Access or Word. Links can enable the data in the presentation to always be up to date, so when the other files change, the presentation will have the most up to date data. Powerpoint can show the actual data in the files, or just have links to the files on the slides that the user can clidk on to open the files.
Tiff files with layer data greater than 2gb now open correctly.
HOW TO OPEN AIO FILES
A program starts a series of commands (instructions) that load different files into the RAM. These files (such as text, data and images) are then displayed on the desktop as a window. For web browsers it is the same except it also downloads data from the internet.
You probably have 2 files that has saved data.
