How do you open regirock?

If you mean the Sealed Chamber( Underwater in route 134) then you get as far into the cave as you can until you reach the room with the 10 Braille rocks (The nine hold the English Braille Alphabet). the 10th one tells you that you need to use Dig. In the second room you need to have a Relicanth at the top of the Party (bottom if in emerald) and a Wailord at the back (top if in emerald) while reading the Braille at the top of the room.

If You've already taken care of this and mean the Desert Ruins of route 111, then do what the braille tells you to do. It will tell you to go"right,right,down,down, then,use strength"(In Emerald, Strength is changed to Rock Smash). Go through the door and the Regirock will be in the middle of the room. Remember to save before engaging it!

After you have beaten the game you must goto the north of Driftveil City and before you beat the game a man will be blocking it saying that construction is going on in Twist Mountain. Now you can go into it and go in Clay Tunnel. At the end of Clay Tunnel you'll find a pokeball symbol at the top with brown in the middle. Now from the centre of the pokeball symbol walk 6 steps south and nine steps east and press A. It will say you are standing on an old switch and would you like to press it. Press it and it will trigger something beyond that point. Go forward into the next room and you'll see 3 shrines. Ignore them and proceed to the top of the room. At the top will be a Regirock and you can fight him at level 65.
