You can't. After the 60GB model for the PlayStation 3 Fat they removed backwards compatibility and moved it to software based, and for the slim they removed it entirely.
However you can still play Ps1 games with no problem no matter what model, but the Slim can not play Ps2 games in any way shape or form.
No you cannot play gamecube games on a PS2 that's because the PS2 is made from a different company.
None the PS3 slim does not play PS2 games
The PS2 Slim Plays all the PS2 games the Fat PS2 would.
The PS3 slim will not play PS2 games with full backwards compatibly.
You can not play a game cube on your PS2
you can`t
No the new PS3 slim can not play PS2 games. To make the PS3 profitable and have it quit selling for a loss Sony stopped making PS3s that could play PS2 games long before the release of the PS3 slim. The only reason you could ever play PS2 games on the first PS3s was the game catalog for the PS3 was next to nothing. Once the catalog of games increased they dropped the ability to play PS2 games.
yes it can :) i have them all on my ps2
The PS3 slim and most of the fat PS3s do not play PS2 games and there is nothing that will change that. If you do not have a PS3 with a Card reader and 4 USB ports you will never be able to play PS2 games on it, except the few PS2 games sold at the Playstation store and already converted into PS3 games
You can play PS2 games and some PlayStation titles. Consoles do not play PC games and the PlayStation will not play any of the Xbox or Nintendo consoles games. The PS2 does not Play PS3 games
No the PS3 slim and most fat PS3s do Not Play PS2 games. Only the 4 USB port PS3s could play some PS2 games and you can not play PS2 games on any 2 USB port PS3s
At the moment, no. Sony has unfortunately cut PS2 backwards compatibility, and the "Other OS" capability from the PS3 Slim.
