Once you get X-Box LIVE or for PS3 you just connect to the Internet and go on. After you get the update downloaded you go to multiplayer and you can go to LIVE or what ever it says for PS3 and click on Combat training, or, if you no longer are connected to the Internet you can go to Local and be able to choose how many Bots(enemies/friends) are playing. Haven't played the game in a while so I forget.
