On a Mac, you can press the F5 key directly if your keyboard has an F5 key. However, if the F5 key is set to perform a specific function (like adjusting brightness), you may need to hold down the "Fn" key while pressing F5 to use it as a standard function key. Alternatively, you can use the shortcut "Command + R" in most applications to refresh a page.
Windows: Press F5 Mac: Press fn+F5
Windows: Press F5 to toggle on and off. Mac: Hold function (fn) and press F5
Just press F5, If your on some kind of laptop or something press FN+F5
