There are options for the briefings with a printer icon available. However, to access the "keys" section there is no direct printer access only read on screen .
However, in the charts folder in the FSX main folder there are some of the charts used in the Lesson briefings these can be accessed as Gif formats. The same applies for charts in the missions folder. The keys section of the Kneeboard is stored in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Uires\kneeboard_keys.HTM. This can be opened directly and printed from that area. NOTE: Great care must be taken when accessing the file and folder systems to look at / print out the data. You can print off the Microsoft Surface by using the wireless network.
You can take screen shots by pressing the PRINT SCREEN button on your keyboard. Another way is to download a screen shooter from flightsim.com(search screen shot).Hope I helped!
