First you have to talk to Abel. he'll say to move the stuff. After you moved everything to the side of his shop, talk to him and he will say Vincent was acting suspicious. Then talk to Katie. She'll tell you he was acting weird when they talked and then give you clothes. Last, you have to talk to Gino. he'll say he needs 10 Eels. Find Eels in Little lea Lake at night. After you find 10 Eels, give them to Gino and he'll tell you Vincent was acting strange( big surprise!). As you have already noticed, there is garbage in the area of Little Lea Lake and Open Meadow. Go there, pick it up, and take it to Ginny. She'll say to find out who did it. Go to the Petting Zoo and read the sign. Then Tobor and Hopkins will come and the mission is over. As a bonus, you have a check mark by Vincent's Picture!

(in the US) That is the beauty of the US Legal System. You do NOT have to prove that you are not guilty, the prosecution must prove that you ARE guilty.
Yes.
not to feel guilty and to find evidence to prove you are guilty
Yes but the cops will have to prove them guilty
For a person to be guilty, someone has to prove with supportive reasons that the person did something wrong.
Unless something is claimed to have happened at a specific time, and you can prove that you weren't around then, it's generally quite tricky to prove what you haven't done. On the other hand, the basic assumption of the law is "innocent until proven guilty", so you shouldn't really have to.
How can you prove that you WERE involved!!!??? Admit it when questioned by law enforcement and plead guilty when arraigned.
Don't understand what is meant by the question. THAT's what prosecutors DO! Their job is to attempt to prove that the defendant IS guilty, and that his not guilty plea is a lie.
They didn't if you were charged you were guilty. The Trial was a farce and the only way to not be declared guilty was to refuse to go to trial.
If the police and the prosecuting attorney can't prove you are guilty the case gets thrown out, innocent until proven guilty. As far as your written statement, you would have to explain some reason why you would lie (you were coerced by the police, drunk, someone paid you)
Only Ryan knows the answer. The prosecution could not prove him guilty, but a jury found him guilty anyway.
It means that either the jury (or judge) found you not to be guilty of the offense for which you were arrested - or - the prosecution failed to prove its case against you. Not guilty does NOT mean the same as being found innocent!
