How do you put down the sunroof in Grand Theft Auto IV?

There doesn't appear to be any mechanism in gta IV where you can put the sunroof down in sports cars. I thought about it when I jacked Feltzers, but realised that I couldn't do it. And yet you can lower and raise the back of a garbage truck in one of the diamond missions!

You can put the sunroof down by holding down the right arrow on the controller using the arrow buttons on the left.

When the car is stationary, pressing the 'H' key will raise or lower a car's retractable roof.
