Firstly, you cannot be the Goths as they cannot build walls. Also, you will have to be in Feudal Age to build stone walls.
Just select a villager, and press the 'b' and then the 'w' key on the keyboard. This hotkey will allow you to build stone walls. Keep in mind that each stone wall costs 5 stone to create.
You can't make a mod in AOE
If you have a map already go to the Age of Empires II directory and is a .SNX map place it in 'scenario', unless it is a .RMS map then you need to put it under 'random'.

that is because the walls of the plate are keeping the water from coming in the plate. How ever if you drop a plate down in the water hard, it is going to sink. Put it gently in the water
Any water lines in a crawl space that don't have insulated walls should be insulated unless you live in climates that temperatures don't go below freezing (32F). I recommend that you use all the inside walls as much as possible for your water lines. You can also insulate your crawl space walls then you shouldn't have a problem on your non insulated water pipes as long as your crawl space is below your frost line. In colder climates its against code to plumb water lines in exterior walls.
They put them on walls, or have it as decoration.
You should put a waterproof material like cement board or waterproof membrane behind the shower surround to protect the walls from water damage.
In the Units tab, change the player to GAIA. Go to the others tab. Scroll down and you will see gold mine and stone mine.
