Any akimbo machine pistols or pistols

Throwing Knife

Stun Grenade

Sleight of hand Pro

Stopping Power Pro

Commando Pro OR Steady Aim Pro

Then all you have to do is get your enemy in the middle of your screen, then hold down the left trigger until the scope has just entered and fire. If you stay in scope for more than one second, it doesn't count as a quick scope. It's relatively simple. Search it on YouTube to find more videos on how it looks like.

You quickly raise your scope up and fire immediately once it goes into the scope. Auto-aim must be on for it to work, and your scope to snap onto your target.

Other techniques are as follows:

Drag-shot. You drag you scope across the screen with a high sensitivity on. This is largely a luck-dependent way to quick scope, but auto aim still raises your chances a little.

360 shot. An entirely lucky shot without much help from auto aim at all. You spin in a circle at max sensitivity one time, and while spinning, you take the shot (either no-scope or quick scope). These kills are extremely satisfying.
