How do you reach level 2 in virtual families 2?

It's quite straightforward. If you do not want a spoiler, do not read on.

1. Enter the Landgrabb house with permission.
2. Clean up the place. Preferably, you should do this in one day.
3. If your Mechanical Skill is high enough, repair or unclog the broken assets.
4. Delete all of their old assets (furniture etc, etc) not including walls. You can do fences, though, for a little extra money.
5. Add in really cool stuff.
6. Wait for Dudley, or Mimi, to come round.

You have finished Level 2!

I may have made a mistake. The level with ''Mom'' may be the one you want. However............................................

1. Get up from your dream.
2. Study Mechanical and Cooking.
3. Go make yourself a meal.
4. Fix the television.
5. Gather money from "Mom".
6. Get yourself a job.
7. Leave.

(It would be advisable to do steps 3 and 4 swapped: television and then meal.)
