All you have to do is bring 2 escape orbs killall the regi's with out using there parts and then you have to go to the next floor and then use your escape orb because if you use it in f's 15 25 35 it will not work so you go back home go back there with the music box you gain from he 3 parts you got come back there with your last escape orb and then try to get them you can not use the music box ever and also if you want to get him more fast get a third escape orb and a key go to 30f on mt faraway and just go and find a lock and then open it and then you have a friend bow but before going to mt faraway you have to get surf by getting a water pokemon to become the leader and then go to solar cave and go to f20 which is the last level of solar cave and then go around and then you will find surf i the idle of water in a room go pass the water to the dry land and you have surf but you don't have to get it

you need the music box by defeating the regis then get a friend bow because the recruit % for get regirock is -10 and get a few escape orbs because he need be defeated several times
