*By mastering the third level of Boss, you receive the "Golden Throne" which gives you two energy every 2 minutes or so. It doesn't decrease the time, but doubles the energy regenerated in that time.

*By mastering the third level of Consigliere your energy timer is reduced by thirty seconds!

add skill points to your energy is the only way you can increase the energy level. you can get skill points as you level up. for every level you finish, you will be rewarded with 5 skill points and for each job you complete you will be rewarded with 1 skill points. you can also buy skill points from Godfather if you want.
