You can restore you iDevice. That really works. I've tried it. Actually if you delete the app it will ask if you want to remove it from your Game Center. Just say yes, then re-download it and it should start you off fresh

You will need: 2 idevices. one of them should not have clash of clans on it ever.

What u do is make a gamecenter account on the second device, download clash of clans on it, and log on to that gamecenter on the first device. it will ask u if u want to reset the game answer yes

the only way to restart the games data and start all over is to log-in with a different game centre account and reopen the game.
