Figured out. Just go to the bottom left corner of the wii menu, then click the leftmost button. Go to Data Management, then click wii, then click the button of the game, then delete. =D Hope this works for you guys and that it is specific enough and not confusing.
Well you can't find it again if you saved your game before battling it you can reset your game and try catching it again.
